To help fight spam, we stopped putting our mailing address on the site, but if you need it for a drop-off or pick-up, let us know and we will inform you of it right away. When contacting us, please include information about your computer. You can do this by pressing the Start button than Run. In that box, type in dxdiag. When a box opens, click on the button on the bottom that says save all information. Save the file somewhere you know where it will be, such as the desktop. Close the dxdiag and go to the file you saved. open the text document. Copy (ctrl + C) and paste (ctrl + V) all of the information in the document into the contact us page here.
