The Process: Phase 1 The entire process begins with one email to support@madetoorderpcs.com. In that email, be sure to include your phone number, city and state, and email address. Also include your enquiry; for example, if you know that you want an AMD 2X processer, then be sure to put it in the email. We may not respond to you right away, but that is because we are getting the prices of what you specified. When we get a rough estimate for your new computer, we will send you an email requesting that you give us a good time to call you to discuss the different features you may or may not want. This call may take up to an hour, but it is worth it in getting exactly what you want. Phase 2 During this call, you will have the choice of letting us build your computer over time, usually a month or two, or build your computer right away, usually two weeks. The advantages of getting your computer built over time is that we will be able to shop at local and internet stores for blowout sales, normally making of the price of your computer go down any where form $1.00 to $500 depending on what kind of computer set-up you order. Phase 3 After this, you can normally purchase the computer by PayPal, credit card, or check. As soon as we receive the billing information, your computer will be shipped out in an insured box with plenty of padding. We will usually use UPS to get your computer to you. If you live in the Bay Area, you have the option of picking it up straight from our facility. If there are any problems with the computer because of the shipping, you can call us with the number given to you during Phase 1.
